Heat a tablespoon or so of olive oil in a skillet, throw in broccoli florets, toss in some greek seasoning (provence herbs are wonderful too) add some more olive oil on top to soak the seasoning deep into the florets, and saute for just a few minutes.

Herbs de Provence (also great on lamb) & French Nuclear Plants are two great French inspired ideas I’d like to have in my country, the formerly great United States, currently under crappy management.
