Republicans have completely fucked up their response to the oil spill. Epic fail. They were so worked up trying to damage Obama they forgot that maybe aligning with the people who actually caused the spill would be a very bad idea. There’s more than enough ammunition out there and it is going to be an issue in future elections. Some are even trying to erase history and claim credit for the escrow fund….
Do Republicans deserve partial credit for the BP fund?
I think it’s a little too late. They’d have better luck claiming credit for healthcare reform since it actually was based on their ideas.
