There is a supply of illegal jobs here, so obviously that will be met with the demand of illegal labor. The problem of illegal immigration is looked at in a backwards sort of way here. We don’t need a “fence” nearly as much as we need to crack down on businesses that exploit illegal immigrants desperate for a better life.

It occurs to me that I know enough (American citizen) people who make a living completely under the table, that the term “illegal job” is sort of moot
