How’s the taste comparison between herbs grown outdoors and herbs grown hydroponically? I’m a gourmet cook and very fussy about my ingredients.

When it’s done right they taste identical. It can be a little tricky, if you don’t change the water every week or if you over fertilize the plants can get a little endemic. If you ever need advice of have questions let me know. I’m getting pretty good at this.
