He’s a nice guy and we’ve become friends outside of work…and I tease him about the bro shit when we’re not in the office, so he’s gotten a little better at toning it down recently. I’m trying to jockey for a bit more responsibility (absorbing another team under my management) so I’m not so big on being a “dude” in the office.
