Bah and Rendell is another asshole you won’t be able to dump. How long can stuff like this go on before every decent human living in Philly just up and leaves. Leave the thugs in philly and let them fight it out for dominance the way things stand now I can’t say I’d mourn if all decent law abiding citizens abandoned the town enmass and came back in a few years to clean up the mess and arrest whats left.
