I wonder (given how every Census causes each representative to, well, represent more and more constituents) when the disparity between the average congressional district and the least populous state become great enough to change how the districts/number of reps are determined.

Come 2012, the average population of 434 congressional districts will be above 700k, while the one congressional district that is all of Wyoming will have around 550k, or 20% less.
