Here is a MSM story about a rash of Birth Control Pill prescriptions being written for 10 year old girls.

Verifiable info. One can assume girls on the pill are either sexually active or expect to be so soon.

So - Cognito - why the stick up your ass about that assertion being an urban legend when you could have done what I did if you thought it weak?
