That’s a book? I’ve seen some pretty thorough step by step things on Youtube also, but I was hoping on just finding a frozen one. Dallas is very diverse food-wise, but still no meat pies. (Chicken pot pie doesn’t count. I’m a Texan, so “meat” = mammals.)
