Easy recipe:

Chicken parts in baking dish, douse with white wine, olive oil, 2 quartered lemons, squeezed first, one chopped onion, many garlic cloves, some chicken cubes or salt to taste. Bake about 1 hour @ 350.

That seems like something even I could make.
