Hurricanes are “heat engines” and will pick up heat crossing the Florida Strait’s Gulf Stream, which will increase wind speed.

Did Hillary plant this hurricane to distract attention from her scandalous history and her VP’s poor debate performance? It would be irresponsible not to speculate.
