Nope. Technically, Trump doesn’t even have to sign it. As long as Congress is in session, once the bill has been presented, he has 10 days (plus Sundays) to sign or veto - if he doesn’t do either, it becomes law.

But what about the pocket veto? Will there be 10 consecutive days (plus Sundays?) that Congress is not in session because of the holidays?
