So, Kennedy was negotiating his replacement with Trump while a number of Trump’s decisions were in front of the court. So, what kind of side deals might have been made between Trump and Kennedy to make this happen? What if Kennedy threw some decisions Trump’s way to seal the deal? Does it look like that’s not a fair question to ask at this point?

Washington DC is at the point where all questions are fair.

I was stunned by Kennedy revelations about his son being a member of Deutsche Bank and handling real estate loans for Trump.
