Just a caution: That poll was “all adults”, which is not a reliable indicator of votes in an off-year election. Polls that are more reliable will survey registered voters or likely voters.

I highly recommend using the realclearpolitics.com average when you want to look at approval ratings. They average out all the major polling outlets. This not only adjusts for the polls that slant one way or the other, but also avoids wild swings you see in individual polls.

Anyway, they have him at 47.8 approve, 45.8 disapprove. This is slightly up since the HCR bill passed. The day before the bill passed, I believe his disapproval numbers were about a point below the approvals.
