Strongest overall hitter I’ve ever seen myself was Carl Yastremski (I never saw Teddy Ballgame play).

I used to go to Old Comiskey when Yaz was in his late 30’s and early 40’s and watch him in batting practice. He would hit these line drives that were still going up when they hit the upper deck. I was up there one time and he was shattering chairs with his line drives.

I saw Ron Kittle hit them farther, but not harder than Yaz.
