Sure, let’s propose an unconstitutional law (since the Constitution says that the properly credentialed EV from each state WILL be counted). I mean, if a law could be passed that determined that a states EV would NOT be counted, some real shenanigans could be accomplished. “Let’s only count states that Trump won.”
