Ha. I was working with the task force aviation shop after Hurricane Andrew. We got one airlift request for some hungry Seminoles stuck on a “hummock” out in the swamps. Then we got one for a bunch of cows stranded on another island. My answer (not adopted) “Send a Chinook with some charcoal to slingload the cows over to the Indians. They’ll figure something out.”
