Hence, exercising frugality, maintaining some savings, and purchasing adequate catastrophic insurance are all essential survival skills, while taking on debt and living beyond one’s means are recipes for failure.

If you want to exonerate people for spending more than they have before they have a problem that’s your business. It is immoral to force others (i.e. the ants) to subsidize those who were living recklessly (i.e. the grasshoppers).

P.S. Charles, could you add to the code for the “Preview” function that it automatically unchecks the “auto” update feature? It makes reading the preview nearly impossible.
