One has to wonder if all of these folks who think that government employees are the devil incarnate have ever walked into a store, talked to a customer service representative on the phone, ever bought a product that fell apart as soon as they brought it home, etc.

Where do these people live - some kind of Utopian island in the middle of the country that I’ve never heard of?
