It’s cool. Like I said if I’m wrong I’d rescind it and even give an upding.
I sort of live in fear of hitting the wrong button, btw— I definitely don’t mind someone asking, and in fact appreciate it.

Not trying to troll, but perhaps I was vague enough so as to leave a suspicion.

To be more clear, I’m looking for legal analysis by legal minds that analyze the case from both sides - pointing out likely arguments and strategies, case law, strengths, weaknesses in a side-by-side fashion. The inside baseball stuff I guess you’d call it - Here’s where side A is going to go, here’s how side B might counter, etc.

I haven’t (yet) run across analysis articles that lay it out that way, but I will keep my eyes open here and elsewhere. I’m going to search the articles posted here at your suggestion also.
