Yes, but because the foundation was stated by a Reagan conservative and points out errors on both the right and left, it is often quoted as a impartial fact checked. I’ve seen the Congressmen on both sides quote them.
They did just point out the fact that ACORN is not in the bill, and that it “may” get millions, but not millions.

ACORN should not get one cent of federal money …and it should be investigated down to its underwear …they are a corrupt organization …you keep making excuses for them …VOTER FRAUD …did you forget about all the crap they pulled during both the primary and the general? …They have a big part in the whole housing crisis …and they are urging their members RIGHT NOW to protest …
