UN to hold open meeting on Gaza

The UN Security Council will hold an open meeting on the fighting in Gaza at midnight, Israel time.

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni has decided not to take part in the meeting fearing it may be used as a propaganda platform for Arab foreign ministers. Nonetheless, the United States will not allow any one-sided resolutions to be made against Israel. (Yitzhak Benhorin – Washington)

Any lizards know what they mean exactly by an “open” meeting? Does that mean any ton dick or Arab in the UN can vilify Israel?
