Garlic is NEVER a problem with pad thai.

I will confess, I haven’t ever had proper pad thai.

I will not expect it to taste anything like this though. Which is probably fine. This is about losing weight, not tasty food. (Both would be nice, but I’m not going to pretend I’m paying for these meals for any other reason.)
