Good morning. BHO at the AMA yesterday in Chicago mentioned that doctors have to practice defensively due to large judgements.
Then he turns around & says that he does not support tort reform.

Guess that is a signal to doctors “you may as well become a government employee because you can’t sue the government and we’re only going to encourage bigger judgements against private doctors”
