…, I noticed there are some bloggers who are trying to make a case that yes, the planners did indeed hope for and expect this sort of outcry, thinking it would play into their needs, for some reason that makes no sense except to the folks who came up with that theory.

Sort of like in the VDH essay that was posted in the Pages a little while ago, eh?
