Well, back in the day the Russians were trying to keep an eye on Hoops and his co-workers. And Hoops is quite a guy, so you need a fleet to keep track of what he’s doing. :)

You would not be surprised to know that many of the high rollers at the casino are new capitalists from China and Russia. The big mega casino’s are now in China for example.
One gal I met was the wife of a Chinese industrial robot, factory owner, and she was a very big better.
