I love sleeping to, but I’m wired as a night owl. When allowed to, I’ll stay up till 2 or 3, sleep untill 10 or 11, and be just fine.

I haven’t slept normally in over ten years. I stare at the ceiling half the night, then wake up early in the morning, tired as hell. Take your sleep however you can get it.
