So, with what you know. Actually know… How did this resolve itself 12 years ago?

Would you say it was never resolved? Would you say it was resolved with Cain being found to be guilty? Is it fair to say that because of the settlement no one can ever say if he is innocent or guilty? And that it will hang around his neck until he dies? He can never prove his innocence, so it is perfectly fair to say … Well, it could be true (one of the possible options? really?)… so no one can say he is not guilty.

That is fucked up, and I suspect reserved only for certain people.
