Yes, the extra passing attempts make a difference in bumping up QB rating. not only are there lots of short passes, but the pass isn’t just some last ditch effort used only on 3rd down because the first two downs were just one yard and a cloud of dust.

like i said, aaron rodgers is no. 1 all time in qb rating. please knock yourself out making the case he’s better then manning, brady, et al. I’d love to hear your “argument” for rodgers as all-time greatest.

as for romo, you really think he’s better than marino, unitas, staubach? if so, that’s some serious partisanship

I didn’t say any of that…Romo has put up huge numbers in four years….he is a quality player regardless if he’s won a SB or not…that was the dispute..the rest has been fabricated to move the goal posts away from that fact….there is little about the game I still need to learn, outside of stats which i don’t follow as much anymore….consistancy and longevity count too, but that doesn’t mean Romo and Rodgers are lesser players at this point in their careers, the point others tried to make…they are simply wrong
