The Spain episode is one of my favorites: especially the part where he goes to a restaurant in the hills where the cook over wood fire and he had the tiny eels (cooked over a wood fire).

That was insane! I never seen anything like it. That guy built those stoves & grills himself. Fucking incredible and the food was even more amazing. I told my wife we must visit Spain.
