I’ve made pastry (pie crusts, mostly) but I’m pretty lazy. I’m jealous about the marble rolling pin and the scraper!

It’s a marble slab 16” x 20” for rolling dough. Marble is better than wood for fine pastry because it keeps the dough cold.
