The day Washington State passed its seat-belt law, I resolved not to wear it just because I was a rebellious cuss. I got about a block down the street before I realized that some rebellion is just plain stupid.

Here is plain stupid: In Kentucky there is a law that you have to wear your seatbelt in a car but motorcycle riders do not have to wear a helmet.
