Regarding the BC/Ayers thing, I believe that a few years ago BC was one of the schools (Harvard was the ring leader, of course) that banned military personnel from campus. It would be perfectly typical of them to ban American servicemen, but allow domestic terrorists.
Good job to whoever got this travesty scrapped.

BC recently tried to reinstall crucifixes in their classrooms and the faculty was up in arms - there was a huge uproar about it.
(ahem - it’s a Catholic college - they should’ve been shown the door…)
