Bullshit. Serrano has been pushing that repeal bill for years and years, long before anyone knew Obama’s name.

And it has about as much chance of getting out of committee as I do of getting out of a speeding ticket.

Why doesn’t one of the other Congressmen there just interrupt him and tell him to quit wasting all their time with his stupid bullshit.
