So was the Ford 289 V-8 - all types and factory issued variants.
Note - first car was a 66+1/2 Mustang, 289 which I tinkered with a little bit.

I had a 351 Windsor in my Mustang - boy, what a strip I used to lay down. It actually had too much power to drive safely in the winter unless you put a few hundred pounds in the trunk to cut down on the fishtailing on icy roads.
