Random thoughts on World Cup action over the weekend…

Germany really surprised me - great team speed and precise passing.
Aussie’s looked ragged and showed their age.
Serbia looked like a bunch of hot-heads spoiling for a fight with the Ref instead of playing a good game.
England showed very well, nothing to keep them from progressing. Green is better than his mishap indicates.
USA - slow start and out-played in the first half. Much better in the second and a lucky bounce went their way.
The African teams are giving a good accounting of themselves and it’s possible several could move on.

Looking forward to how the Italians play today.

Did any of the teams use a two point conversion after a touchdown?
