You referring to this? He doesn’t want to get in the way of the economic stimulus package, but is considering reintroducing the draft resolution.

Only Democrats push this nonsense. It’s not about improving military preparedness, because the military is opposed because it means spending on training of people who aren’t interested in being in the military. The US military is at its best when you have highly motivated people who want to be in the military. Rangel and his Democrat cohorts want to undermine all that.
