Morning all, funny dog story yma. The turnwife bought a bunch of athletic socks last Thursday as a gift for me on father’s day. I’m getting dressed in the family room after my morning shower and she gives me the bag of socks and says “happy fathers day, precious got these for daddy.” Well precious is another nickname for Luke and he happened to be sitting by the open door to the family room. He rushed in and started nosing the bag and biting at the socks as I tried to put a pair on. He has never done this before and it was very odd behavior for him. He acted as if there was something really special about those socks. A few hours later the turnwife and I were in the car headed down to the delta for a steak lunch and I mentioned how strange the boob acted over those socks. The turnwife told me last Thursday she talked to him about those socks being his gift to daddy on fathers day, the friggin dog remembered that and was telling me yesterday that those socks were from him! Than dang dog amazes me.
