You cannot take the word ‘diet’ with you onto the MN State Fairgrounds. My favorite is the Scottish Egg - a hardboiled egg wrapped in sausage and crumbs, deep fried and served with horseradish sauce. Also the food building cinammon rolls slathered in cream cheese frosting. SO many favorites at the MN State Fair.

The fair is for ‘recovering from’, not for dieting during.

Although we’re going to one this weekend, but I don’t know if the vendor who normally has them will be there. (I prefer the sausage rolls.)
