How come the Democrats aren’t speaking out like they once did? Pelosi was never shy to speak her mind. She’s now in the minority in the house so we see less of her. Which leaves the Democrats with only the Senate to speak out. Unfortunately, that puts Harry Reid in the spot light and he’s never been a good communicator. He mumbles and you can barely hear a word he says.

There have been a few quotes but I suspect they’re probably keeping their mouths shut to protect the ongoing negotiations.
