I haven’t seen twitterfall.
with tweetdeck, there is no need to keep a browser window up, and you get a “chirp” when there is something new.
It is it’s own window, like your email sort of.

there is one called “tweetgrid”, but you must have a browser window open, and it includes EVERYBODY tweeting with the tags you have selected.

So I use tweetdeck and a few selected twitterers that have posted accurate info (stopahmadi, persiankiwi, iranelection09, tehranbureau)
