Walter, I have taken off 30 pounds, just by walking. I get up & do 4-5 miles a day. I’m very happy with what I have been able to do to my body. I hope you have good luck. It’s not really luck, it’s persistence.
I know… I was 424 pounds 4 years ago… I already took it off, but have gotten a bit lazy over the last couple of years, so, back to the gym.
