But not that far away since I’m near/on the Lombard/Oakbrook line. If by “Yorktown” you mean the Yorktown Mall I think that’s the one I can see from the hotel.

Thanks for the bus route information - that might be useful if I want to go further afield and not want to absorb the cost of a taxi.

Yes, it was Yorktown mall I was speaking of. I don’t live nearby, but I’ve been to Lombard for job fairs and gaming conventions, so I know the area a little. I thought I should share that info with my fellow lizard to make your time there better.

Lastly, there is also a Chick-fil-A on Cermak Rd/22nd St, right next to the Embassy Suites. They’re actually franchise owned, and fairly good if you like chicken. The two downtown locations serve breakfast, but I don’t know if the one in Lombard does. But if you want to try the place that Palinites are always harping out, you can do that while you’re in Lombard.
