Thailand and Singapore have first-rate medical care. I don’t know anything about India’s care, but we seem to have a lot of Indian doctors here in the U.S.

It’s not so much the doctors I’d worry about. Singapore is generally pretty pretty hygenic and modern. Thailand not so much. The India I knew had daily power outages and people crap on the floor in the airport.
