Are you registered with Selective Service?

I had a quick look at Wikipedia, and I assume this is the Selective Service you mean: en.wikipedia.org (I’m not American)

Being drafted to serve in a war would be unpleasant I didn’t want to fight in would be unpleasant, but I would still have autonomy in that case. I could decide not to serve, knowing that the consequences would be imprisonment and disgrace. The essence of the matter is that I still have a choice, albeit from a limited selection.
