clearance banana bread

when the bananas have to go before they turn into brown goo.

warning: this is a sweet, dense cake more than a bread.

Ingredients:
1 box el-cheapo store-brand yellow cake mix without pudding
1 4-serving size instant banana pudding mix
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional for you nut-less heathens)
3-4 almost sticky overripe bananas
4 large eggs

Use a normal cake pans or a loaf pan. I prefer a Bundt pan, personally.

Grease the pan, and preheat oven to 350F.

Beat eggs and add cake mix, pudding mix, water, and oil. Mix well.

Add bananas (mashed if necessary) and nuts. Mix in.

Pour into prepared pan(s) and bake one hour or until done. Cool ten minutes before removing from pan.

NOTE: due to moisture, this is a short-lived cake; store with caution, discard if green.
