The only way it would be OK, is if the student grabbed him first. Maybe it happened; maybe the full tape will come out and we’ll see if that happened, and if it did, the student was in the wrong. You don’t walk up to people on the street and grab them, regardless of whether you’re a student or a congressman.

What if he felt intimidated by those students?
