Lucky you. The wife and I spent a few hours at the casino this afternoon too. Depositing money in the reverse ATM, a.k.a slot machine. Not so fortunate were we.

Slot machines are not a good bet, although I’ve done well on them recently, they’ll catch up with you. A few weeks back, I hit the $5.00 slot for 8K, took a check for 6K, put most of the 2K back in, and hit for $3700. Next trip, I pissed away 3K of that win with not one hand paid jack pot, but did earn almost $1000 in comp money since they had a 15X comps promotion running.
I try and always budget myself to play on the houses money through the year if I have a good start, but make my money on Poker and Blackjack, not slots.
