Why don’t these communities chop down all this underbrush around these neighbornoods?
Looks like a lot of these areas are just tinder boxes waiting for a spark
I recall something which a veteran wildland firefighter told me. Hyper-aggressive firefighting (not allowing nature to take its course, and not using controlled burns) causes problems. Undergrowth builds up, creating fuel for the catastrophic “Big Ones”.
