Seriously, no, I do not have a comprehensive blueprint for a NUN. Which is why I view replacement of the UN as merely aspiratinal. As a practical matter, I believ the U.S. should use its considerable standing, as well as its very large share of the operating budgets for the UN and its various organs, to push for real change, and not merely, as was the case with the UNHRC, for changes in nomenclature.
